The Dunes is a great place to live. It's located five minutes from downtown and the beach. The complex environment is very peaceful and quiet. I'vç never had an issue with safety concerns. The complex itself is very well maintained and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues.

How clean the facility is kept; it's quiet, when we have a maintenance problem it is fixed ASAP. The most important thing we like about the Dunes is the apartment manager. He is such a nice person to deal with.
